Knowing the needs of the user in both long and short terms and offering the solutions that will meet these needs create the base for the project designing process. On the other hand, sometimes these constructions or places that were created taking every condition into consideration might encounter with some obstacles in the process of actualization.

For the designer, the main goal is to minimize these obstacles. At this point, experience and prediction play the part.
